1. Data controller
This website is the personal portfolio of Hernán Angel Ferrari, based in the Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. For any question about your data, write to hernan.angel.ferrari@gmail.com.
2. What data is collected
Only the data you voluntarily enter in the contact form is collected: your name, email and message, together with the site language and the date it was sent.
This site does not use its own cookies, analytics or advertising tools. No profiling or automated decision-making is carried out with your data.
To prevent spam, the server temporarily uses your IP address to limit the number of submissions. Your IP is not stored in the database.
3. How it is used
Your data is used only to read and reply to your message (for example, a job or project proposal). The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
Your data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties, nor used to send you advertising.
4. Where it is stored
Messages are stored in Supabase, a cloud database service acting as a storage provider. Its servers may be located outside Argentina, so submitting the form may involve an international data transfer. Access to messages is restricted to the site owner only.
Each message is also forwarded by email to the site owner through Resend (an email delivery service) and kept in their personal mailbox (Gmail).
The site is hosted by a hosting provider which, like any web server, may record technical access data (such as IP address and browser) in its security logs.
5. How long it is kept
Messages are kept for as long as needed for the conversation and for a maximum of 24 months from receipt. You can ask for them to be deleted earlier at any time.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction, update or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to hernan.angel.ferrari@gmail.com. Requests will be answered within the time limits set by Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326.
Under section 14(3) of Law No. 25,326, data subjects may exercise their right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown.
The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), as the supervisory authority under Law No. 25,326, handles complaints from anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with personal data protection rules.
7. Third-party content
Some project pages include YouTube videos (in privacy-enhanced mode) or Facebook videos, and links to external sites. When you play or visit them, those services may collect data or use cookies according to their own privacy policies.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
