Real Estate VR — Immersive showrooms

The project

VR experiences for marketing multiple real estate developments (buildings, gated communities and land lots). I worked on every project as part of the team and owned several of the core features. Project names are omitted under a confidentiality agreement.

My contribution

• ▸Unit filtering system: list, sort and filter each project’s database (rooms, apartments, floors, offices and lots).
• ▸Fully customizable NPC system, split into 3 subsystems:
• · High-poly humanoids with an animation library and dynamic population.
• · Low-poly humanoids for crowds, with paths defined by splines.
• · Vehicles with population, road layout and dynamic exploration.
